Do I have to be a member to enter the giveaways?
No. Every order earns entries whether you're a member or not. Membership adds additional values and entries a month on top of whatever you earn by shopping.
How many entries does an order earn?
Each product shows its own entry count, and it multiplies by quantity — two of a 150-entry tee is 300 entries. You'll see the total on each item in your cart.
Can I pick which giveaway my entries go toward?
Yes. When you add an item to your cart you choose the active giveaway you want its entries directed to, and different items in the same order can go toward different giveaways.
How do I claim the free first month?
Add it to your cart alongside anything else you're buying. After checkout we'll email you a link to activate it. It's an add-on to a regular order, so it can't be purchased on its own.
Why is my membership on a different site?
Memberships and giveaways run on onecountry.com, and this shop handles the merch. Use the same email address on both and the two stay connected — including your member perks here.
How do I get my member free shipping?
Sign in to the shop with the same email as your onecountry.com membership and it applies automatically at checkout. Checking out as a guest means we can't see your membership, so make sure you're signed in first.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. There's no commitment and no cancellation fee.
